CONFIRMATION CLASS MONDAYS - Starts Sept. 11, 2023 (6:30 pm)

Confirmation class is conducted on Monday evenings by the Pastor. This class takes the student through the main teachings of the Bible. Students receive a student guide and a Catechism when they enroll (No cost to parents). Lite memory work is assigned from the Catechism and Bible and recited each week.

On the first day of class, class runs from 6:30-7:30 pm. Each Monday after the first day, class will run until 7:45 pm to allow time for memory work.  

Sometimes Confirmation class is called, "Catechism class" [From the Greek, katēkhéō, meaning “to catechize, instruct, teach by word of mouth”]. The Holy Spirit's goal in every lesson is to draw us closer through a deeper understanding of who Jesus is and what he teaches us in the Bible. As students grow in faith through each lesson they are also prepare for the first time they receive the the Lord's Supper (Holy Communion), and are received into communicant membership.
